Where are you located?

Technically two locations! The production side of our business is in Export, PA and our storefront is located in Downtown Greensburg, PA. Our store address is 20 W 2nd Street Greensburg, PA 15601.

What are your hours?

Our storefront is OPEN Wednesday-Friday from 11am-5pm and Saturdays from 10am-2pm. We are CLOSED Sunday-Tuesday. Online ordering is always available for shipping!

Do you offer local pick up?

Currently we do not offer a local pick up option when ordering online, however if there is something you were looking to get in person, please send us an email and we will try our best to accomodate your request! rusticsmokecandleco@gmail.com

How quickly will I get my order?

We typically get orders processed and out to the carrier (either USPS or UPS) within 2 business days. However, depending on the time of year, where your package is heading, and amount of orders received (like a busy launch day), delays are possible. You will receive an update with tracking info as soon as your order is dropped off and headed your way! 

I saw something I liked from your storefront on your social media, can I get it shipped?

Unfortunately we do not accept custom orders for items we carry in store due to inventory and size. If it is not listed on our website, it is not available to be shipped. Sorry!

Do you offer exchanges or returns?

We do not accept returns or exchanges, however if there is an issue with your order such as a missing or broken item, we are happy to help! Please email us - rusticsmokecandleco@gmail.com with photos of any damages and we will get back to you within 24 hours. Please do not DM us on social media regarding an issue with your order as messages can get lost.
